We lost the ability to gain PTS achievment titles last summer. Why?
We’ve got this delicious new patch on the PTS, but it’s not enough to pull me away from my army of Alts and double XP weekends. Now if the achievement titles were still available…
For those in the nation who don’t know, you were able to gain titles on the PTS that would reflect on live severs. When the game was in crisis mode and Group Finder was being tested and the Devs had to have testers, they offered an awsome carrot.
Upon reaching Level 10 on the PTS you gained the title “First Line of Defense”.
Upon reaching level 30 you would gain the title “The Cutting Edge”.
Slick titles be sure.
When they were testing Group Finder and you participated, you would gain the titles of “Strike Team Specialist” and “Strike Team Commander”.
We have the ability to test brand new Flash Points, it seems a no-brainer to offer these rewards as an incentive to download and participate.
It’s also interesting to note that you can claim the those titles from you ‘Collections’ via the Cartel Market. /Shrug
Patch 2.3 is going to a load of fun. It would be nice if I could go back and earn my PTS Titles though.
